We are looking for people to join our build team in the week before Supernormal. This will involve building structures, infrastructure, artworks, signage… everything!

You will need to be confident with hand and power tools, with a basic practical knowledge of how things go together. A can-do attitude is needed - this is a role for someone who is prepared to get stuck in. Must have good team spirit and willingness to support or assist our dynamic Build Team. You’ll need to make sure you follow our health and safety guidelines while working on the build site. 

This is a real opportunity to learn on the spot skills and techniques in the context of building a festival site and specialist art installations.

We are looking for volunteers to help the Arts team during build week. This role involves assisting with build of festival site including production tent and staff areas, assisting with set-up of onsite art installations (AVI and tech), creating signage for site and art works, assisting with merch tent organisation, acting as runner between production, music and arts teams, welcoming artists and on-boarding them to the site and joining house meetings at Braziers.

You will need to be adaptable and confident in working with a wide range of artists, the wider Supernormal team and residents at Braziers. This is a role for somebody who is confident in finding and independently getting on with tasks. You will need to follow all health and safety guidelines.

This is a great opportunity to learn skills and techniques around building and facilitating art within a music festival context. You will also get to know Braziers house and residents.

We are looking for volunteers to provide vital assistance to the site crew and production team doing a variety of general organisational tasks and odd jobs around the site. Tasks will include setting up areas and workshops, sign painting, fetching and carrying and generally being ready to help. 

You will need to be adaptable and confident in giving lots of different tasks a go. You will need to work alongside various Supernormal teams and other volunteers. This is a great job for someone who likes to get stuck in and problem solve proactively.

You will gain great experience in setting up a festival, and will try your hand at lots of different tasks.
